Same as any other invite. Find someone that can send you an invitation. It is the same with demonoid, which pisses me off. You will just have to request one. There is pretty much no way to fake one either. Just ask around the internet, maybe someone will be generous enough to invite.
A disappointing answer, yes. But the most help I could give.
