Go to your profile page by clicking on "My Profile" which is in the upper right hand corner of the Yahoo Answers page. Then when you get there scroll down to the section where your network of friends screen is showing and in that section in blue it says "invite friends". Then when you click on that it will walk you thru the steps on how to invite friends to be part of Yahoo Answers.
