What does it mean if you get invited to a Hollister orientation before your interview?

I know that if they ask you to come after you have had your interview, thats means that you probably have the job, but what does it mean if they ask you before your interview?

it means that they have to make sure ur pretty enough before they hire you, my gf makes me wear that crap!
Reply:It probably means you have two interviews: The one you already scheduled where they ask you questions and you respond, and your orientation where they'll be watching the way you carry yourself and seeing if you remember the information and instructions they give you about working there.
