i havent had any issues recently since the update but when my friend and i try to join each others party we get unable to connect to host. other people i dont have a problem with, just him. he is able to play online just cant join a party. any suggestions?

I have the same problem sometimes... Especially when I am at school and my neighbor plays online.. i think it is because we have nearly identical ip addresses.. anyway.. i found that sometimes when you get a 3rd person to start the party you can connect... try that
