I created an invite with publisher and sent it out as an e-mail attachement.?

However, a few of the recipient's are having trouble opening up the file. Is there I way that I can change it to where even if they don't have publisher it can still be viewed. someone suggested sending it out as a jpeg file but how would i do that?

Reply:I'm not a pro in Publisher but there's several things you generally can do





~Open the file %26amp; take a screen capture of it--click Print Screen button (above Insert key), open Paint, click Paste, click File%26gt; Save As, in the Save As Type box click the down arrow %26amp; click jpeg, click Save





~Open the file %26amp; print it, then scan it %26amp; save as a jpg
