Is it ok to let my friend invite his gf to my bday party?

my friend asked me if he could bring his gf to the party. I don't know her that well, and neither do my friends. This party consists of all guys and she would be the only girl which might make it real awkward. I'm wondering if I should tell him off about it by telling him that my parents hate girls in the house (which is technically true)

Just kindly explain to him that your parents would rather have no girls in the house because they dont have enough eyes to watch everybody and also throw something like this in..." its a guys night" He'll get the point.
